The Village has a variety of speciality shops run by small business owners that are experts in their trade. As EdgemontVillage.ca explains, “storekeepers know the names of their customers, parents and children stroll the sidewalks and benches are spread throughout the village to have a rest and soak it all in.” This really gives you a sense of the community feeling Edgemont has to offer. Everything from the residents, to the businesses around gives you the feeling of a close and friendly community.

Another reason why many residents love the Edgemont neighbourhood is due to the schools in the area. 

The highly sought after Vancouver Waldorf School sits at 307-3255 Edgemont Boulevard. Residents are also very close to Highlands Elementary school!

Living in Edgemont means you are steps to many trails for the outdoor lovers! This neighbourhood also provides you with Murdo Frazer which is perfect for any golf lovers. Additionally, residents are very close to Delbrook Community Recreation Centre, Delbrook Park, William Griffin Park, and Mosquito Creek Park.
