North Harbour: North Vancouver's High Water Mark

Like many of you, we are very excited for Harbourside Waterfront in North Vancouver to begin their first stage of development!

If you’re unfamiliar, this is a multi-phase development and developers are currently in the process of securing multiple permits to start construction on phase 1 of their plans, as explained by
Kristine Sostar McLellan
, a spokesperson for Concert Properties.

Phase 1 includes four residential buildings and will achieve LEED Gold, Fitwel as well as STEP 3 and 4 certifications under the BC Energy Step Code.

Inspired by its setting, and masterfully planned to inspire residents and visitors alike, this vibrant 12-acre mixed-use community spans a half kilometre of shoreline. A meeting point between seascape and landscape, and between urban vitality and the sheltering comfort of home.

This will be where homebuyers, renters, and independent active aging residents can choose a home that best suits their lifestyle. It’s a destination for gathering, waterfront dining and boutique shopping, with an array of services and everyday amenities. And a picturesque setting for offices, where breaks can include a waterfront stroll.
