As soon as February 1 came along, we felt a move in the market. I was busy this month with buyers galore who were out snapping up good deals. Most of these buyers were first time buyers who decided it was time to own over rent, and investors who continue to take advantage of high rents and lower prices.

A balanced market truly emerged in many markets - something I hadn't witnessed since last Spring. Could this be a sign of things to come? I can't be entirely certain but to be a buyer in this market is fabulous!
