People and property are two of Cheri's passions. Growing up in Vancouver her dad built most of the houses she grew up in, that's when the seed for property was planted. She bought her first house when she was 24 and nearly became a Realtor then…But instead she had a successful career in Film, TV and advertising starting in Vancouver then over in Australia. She moved back to North Vancouver a few years ago with her family and decided to finally make the move into Real Estate, best decision she has made! Her past career has given her a solid foundation for all things creative, she is able to think outside the box and create individual property marketing campaigns that stand out. She thrives on fast paced environments, has excellent communication & negotiation skills & is extremely driven.

For her it's about relationships, not transactions. She understands people, what they need and deserve especially when it comes to monumental life decisions like purchasing or selling a home. Her clients always come first.


Fun facts: She has her boat skippers license & her ski instructors ticket. She occasionally dyes her hair pink because her kids like it and she has been known to rescue dogs.
